Homebuyers Report

This is a property survey report which has more information than a mortgage valuation but is not as detailed as a full structural survey report.

This report gives more information than a Mortgage Valuation alone and allows the borrower to make a more informed decision on whether or not to purchase. If a Structural Engineers Report is required by the lender then it would be recommended in the Mortgage Valuation or Homebuyers Report.
